Very satisfied in the timeliness and handling of my Rat Pack. Saw them at the Eastern Outdoors Show in Harrisburg Pa. They had none there but assured me when they came in that they would honor the Show price. They did exactly that. Hard to find a company these days that lives up to their promises.
